Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NexLawn Greenville Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed according to industry standards and our professional specifications.

Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Prices may change based on site conditions discovered during installation or changes to project scope requested by you.

Payment Terms

We require a deposit before beginning work on your project. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms of your warranty will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on artificial grass products are separate and will be explained during your consultation.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or natural disasters. You are responsible for proper care and maintenance of your artificial grass as outlined in the maintenance guide we provide.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to secure any pets during our service visits. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.

You are responsible for ensuring that any necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We can assist with permit applications if needed, but final responsibility rests with you as the property owner.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits for cancelled projects may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to North Carolina law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the date of the last update clearly marked.
